How we are Paid
Because our service is giving informed, expert financial advice, we charge a professional fee for that advice, on a transparent basis agreed in advance. We are not commission-driven and do not purport to give “free advice” in the hope of selling you a product, as many others do.
Our advice is not free, because it is valuable and likely to benefit you. That said, the first meeting is always free, this allows us time to qualify your requirements and to establish a plan to move forward.
Mortgage Fee
A fee of £295 is payable at application. This fee is for advice, research, recommendation, implementation (e.g. application, administration of arranging the loan).
